Contact Susan at susan@reikihealingarts.com or 208-512-1524.
Paul and I learned Reiki in 1978 from Hawayo Takata. Mrs. Takata emphasized that self-treatment is at the heart of Reiki practice. She always said, “Treat yourself first, then treat family and friends.” During this day-long retreat, we’ll to take time reflect on our experience of self-treatment—both the challenges and what keeps us coming back. We’ll practice self-treatment and treat one another. Whether we treat ourselves every day or struggle to find the time, we can all benefit from exploring this core aspect of our practice. Cost: $45, includes lunch. 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Overnight lodging is available.

♦ The Way to Harmony
June 22-28, Cataldo, Idaho, USA Contact: Paul Mitchell, pauldm@earthlink.net, 208-682-3514
Aikido as a spiritual discipline parallels and complements the path of Reiki. In the physical movement of Ki-exercises, we explore our potential to be centered and strong. Through basic Aikido techniques that mirror the complexity of human interaction, we heighten our ability to be in relationship with ourselves and others more softly, compassionately, and powerfully.
This body-centered work will bring us to the edge of our conscious and unconscious limitations and provide opportunity for expansion.
Learning to move from our center refines our practice of the Reiki Principles. The intensive includes work in the dojo and time in circle to share and explore the path of personal mastery. Cost: $750 USD

This year she will facilitate a program emphasizing shared treatments and a deeper dialogue about how we are all woven together through Reiki.
